New Features
We've added a new feature for the Frontier Call Center which will be piloted initially with certain web claim submissions. This feature will show them a list of the closest branches and byline locations in ascending order to assist in picking the closest location.
2. To assist with the above enhancement we have also added a way to manage a branch's geocoded location data. This will reduce the need for getting this data on every associated claim.
Updates
We've added the ability to utilize 3 decimal places when billing mileage. You'll notice that 3 decimal places are showing when you are creating billable notes or invoice line-items. This is done on purpose, however, only your mileage entries will actually utilize the three decimal places when calculating your extended price.
All other types will be rounded to 2 decimal places before being calculated.
One item to keep in mind is that simply changing the Unit to Mile does not engage the ability and will result in you getting your price rounded down to two decimal places. To engage the third decimal place you will need to change the Item Type to Expense which will by default change the Category to Mileage/Kilometers. From here you can work with the mileage options available under Service to handle the third decimal place.
2. We've removed the Other Claim Attachments subpanel that was below the Claim Multimedia subpanel from the Files Detail View and the File Share page. Now any attachments that don't fall under the photos or multimedia sections will appear under the Claim Documents section by default. This change came at the request of multiple users.
Bug Fixes
We've fixed an issue that was occurring when searching for accounts that had an apostrophe in their names.
